Safety Plan

TATTOOS FOR NOW

 COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN

Tattoos for Now has been operating since 2003. Our services were approved by Vancouver Coastal Health and we were issued a business license for mobile services.

For 17 years, we have followed all safety protocols recommended by Vancouver Coastal Health as well as standards developed by our company and our industry.

On April 16, 2020, the B.C. Government Health officer issued an order, “that all personal services establishments, including in-home establishments and mobile establishments, be closed and that persons who provided personal services no longer provide personal services in any location, including the residence of a client or a customer.” This notice was cancelled on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 and all businesses in BC providing a business were allowed to reopen their businesses and provide personal services with some recommendations.

In addition to all currently practiced safety and operating procedures for our business, mandated by WorkSafeBC; we have also now developed our COVID-19 Safety Plan with information made available from WorkSafeBC and as required by the BC Government and the Provincial Health Officer. This plan, customized for our own use in our own workplace will be reviewed ongoing and updated as necessary or required.

The purpose of this plan is to keep our staff, our customers, and any other person who may enter our workplace safe to the very best of our ability. This plan also takes into consideration that we provide a mobile service. This plan has been provided to all staff who have been instructed to read it, provide feedback now and in the future.

Feedback and recommendations will be used to continually update this plan to make it as effective as possible.
